By booking an experience you are agreeing to these
Terms & Conditions
When booking on behalf of a group or for a party session, the individual making the booking and paying the deposit will have the overall responsibility for everybody within their group agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.
All bookings are non-refundable or transferable to another date. You are securing your places on the date and time you have booked on.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you cancel your booking at any time, you will not receive a refund under any circumstances. We cannot transfer to an alternative date as by paying you have secured that date on time on the option you have chosen, therefore preventing others from taking those places.
If Wildwood Alpacas cancel your booking, e.g if we deem the weather to be un-suitable or conditions too dangerous to walk, we will offer you an alternative date or a voucher for your experience. In some circumstances we may give you a full refund. This is the discretion of Nidderdale Llamas Management.
Health & Safety
All treks and experiences are considered by us to be very safe, providing you & everybody included in your party follow our advice, guidance and instruction at all times, however all activities are undertaken at your own risk.
Alpaca Walking Experience
Should you have anybody with you on the day who is not booked in on your experience such as family members accompanying your day out or chauffeurs, please note the following;
Alpaca Walking Experience everybody is part of the experience even if they do not wish to walk an Alpaca just like at a theme park where everybody pays for entry, as everybody benefits and gains from the experience, therefore everybody who enters the farm and wishes to meet the Alpacas must be booked in and paid prior to your arrival.
Please note we are also a working farm and cannot allow unauthorised persons to wonder around. For this reason we ask that all chauffeurs stay in their vehicle or drive off the farm into the local area and return at the time the session is due to end. We can advise about facilities in the local area, so please ask when booking.
There are no deviations to the above Terms & Conditions, we try to accommodate people and be as flexible as possible, but please appreciate we have to set the above terms as otherwise we run the risk of losing other business.
Cancellation Policy – In relation to COVID19 Trek and Experience Bookings Our Normal T & C’s apply to all bookings. In relation to Coronavirus and the un-predicable times the pandemic has created, we have developed the following T & C’s which are only applicable to bookings affected directly by the Coronavirus pandemic. Should your booking need to be cancelled as a direct result of the following points, providing you give us notice. We will issue you with a credit voucher that will be valid for 12 Months
. • Local or national lockdown implications
- If you or a member of your household / social bubble experiences Coronavirus symptoms and therefore you must isolate.
- If you or a member of your household / social bubble receives a positive test for Coronavirus and therefore must isolate
- If you have been contacted by track & trace and asked to isolate. Should you not give us any notice that you cannot attend due to one of the above points, you would not receive a credit voucher. Please note if your reasons are covid related but not necessarily falling within one of the above points, it is then at the discretion of Wildwood Alpacas if we are able to offer you a credit voucher, therefore we urge you to contact us to discuss. Should Wildwood Alpacas have to close because of lockdown or any of the above points, or should legislation change, and we have to contact you in relation to an element within your booking, we shall contact you to re-arrange your booking. As this is not a direct fault of Wildwood Alpacas, we shall give you a credit voucher so you can rearrange and book with us in future.
